About Cannonbose

Michael Cannon, President, established Cannonbose in late 2001 to focus on the custom development and support of the TYPO3 content management system (CMS) and SugarCRM customer relationship management (CRM) system. Cannonbose is an official TYPO3 agency, TYPO3 Association corporate member, and Michael was the US TYPO3 business representative for three-years.

Cannonbose is about its people and partners helping your business succeed with affordable, innovative, and proven open source technologies to deliver the results you need. We start our projects by listening to you. By understanding your business goals and needs, we help you create the vision of the system that'll get your business where you want to go.

To make the vision a reality, we start collecting and documenting information about its benefits, design, and functions. Going further, we build up personas and use cases to devise a user experience best suited to your authors, clients, editors, and site visitors. Then a project begins.

Cannonbose Focus Areas for Project Success

  • Project Management - We provide you access for determining status of projects tasks, milestones, and workload, as well as submitting comments.
  • Quality Assurance - We're committed to a vigorous QA process that includes functional testing, internal and third-party QA, and finally client review.
  • Communication - We keep clients informed of weekly progress and respond within 1-business day to telephone calls and email.
